3-Layer Roofing Material Sun-Arch UPVC plant has started a production of 3 layer UPVC roofing sheets as a new generation product in the field of roofing sheet with the fulfillment of all those scarcities prevailing in the conventional sheets. Sun-Arch UPVC multiplayer roofing sheets are available in two different profiles with different colours.

- Sun-Arch 3 Layers UPVC Sheets gives solutions with improved heat insulation & good sound insulation over single layer UPVC sheets.
- Length of the UPVC sheets are available as per customer requirement for 2 mm thick UPVC sheet.
- For 1 mm thick UPVC sheet, lengths available are 2 mtr, 2.5, 3 and 3.66 mtr.
- Width of the sheet is an internationally standard one that is 1130mm.
- Thickness of the UPVC sheet are available in 1, 2, 2.5 & 3mm.
- For 1 mm thick UPVC sheet, Purlin distance should be kept 60 cm.
- For 2 mm thick UPVC sheet, Purlin distance should be kept 1 Mtr.
Composition
- Top PVC Layer: Protective layer contains UV stabilising agents and very high light-fastness pigments.
- Middle PVC Layer: Contains PVC compound with carbon fiber giving to the material high rigidity, and improved strength.
- Bottom PVC Layer is made of white pigments for good lighting effect in shed.
- By sandwiching these 3 layers, Sun-arch roofing shows improved sound and thermal insulation property over single layer UPVC sheet.
